In a much-discussed and precedent-setting court decision, the British Columbia Supreme Court awarded in excess of $750,000 to a victim who suffered from psychological injuries as a result of 6 motor vehicle accidents which occurred over a decade before trial.  The trial involved the presentation of evidence spanning over 40 years along with numerous witnesses and medical and vocational experts.  Michael Gianacopoulos and Ryan McCracken represented the successful plaintiff.
