Farris partner Ludmila Herbst, Q.C., was among the panellists at the annual Law and the Media seminar for members of the B.C. journalism community.  The event, which was organized by the Jack Webster Foundation and the Law Society of British Columbia, was held on November 1, 2017.  Panellists and the audience discussed challenges faced by journalists as they navigate issues of reliability, copyright and control when researching and publishing in a social media environment.
