Farris Partner, Teresa Tomchak, presented at the CBA seminar: Women Thriving in Law on May 9 in Vancouver. The seminar contemplated re-examining the definition of success and thinking about what it means for women to thrive in the profession. This unique event included inspirational personal stories from women who are thriving in their legal careers, instructive presentations to teach skills needed to thrive in law, and interactive workshops to teach the necessary skills to conquer the most challenging aspects of being a female lawyer today.
