As Manager of Student Programs, Andrew oversees all aspects of recruitment and professional development for the Firm’s summer and articled students. His role includes liaising with law schools, conducting interviews, and hiring. Andrew also works closely with students at the firm to provide mentorship and performance management. Prior to entering his current role, Andrew articled at Farris with a focus on labour and employment law. Andrew maintains a part-time practice in mental health law.
