Nav is a member of the litigation and private enterprise groups at Farris. Her general litigation practice involves a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including contractual disputes, creditors’ remedies (including collections and foreclosures), construction disputes, and property tax assessment appeals. Nav also practices in the area of employment law and has represented clients in wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards complaints and human rights complaints.

Nav routinely appears for clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has also assisted with a variety of matters before all levels of court in British Columbia, arbitrations, mediations, and matters before various provincial boards and tribunals including the Property Assessment Appeal Board.
