Sean Hern is a partner in Farris’ litigation group. He works from Farris’ offices in Victoria and Vancouver and has practiced as litigation counsel with Farris for 16 years. Sean’s focus is civil litigation and administrative law. He was ranked one of Lexpert’s “Rising Stars” in Canada in 2011, has had a “Best Lawyers” designation since 2014 and is rated a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Canada. Sean has appeared before all levels of court and before numerous administrative tribunals and arbitrators.
